Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ENTRIA website and services. By accessing our website or submitting information through our platform, you agree to these Terms.
ENTRIA provides workforce mobility and recruitment support services, connecting employers with candidates and assisting with related processes such as documentation, relocation, and onboarding coordination.
Nature of Our Services
ENTRIA acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates. We facilitate introductions, support matching processes, and assist with coordination where required.
We do not act as an employer, recruitment agency of record, or legal representative unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.
We do not guarantee employment, successful hiring, visa approval, or specific outcomes from the use of our services.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website in good faith and to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or interacting with our services.
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to misuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
These Terms are originally drafted in English. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience. In case of any conflict or discrepancy between versions, the English version shall prevail.
Replacement and Refund Policy
Where explicitly offered, ENTRIA may provide a replacement or refund framework under specific conditions.
Such arrangements are subject to clearly defined terms, including eligibility criteria, time limits, and the nature of the issue. These conditions are communicated separately and must be agreed upon in writing.
Replacement or refund provisions do not apply in cases where issues arise from factors outside our control, including but not limited to employer conduct or changes in job conditions.
Third Parties and External Processes
Our services may involve interaction with third parties, including recruitment partners, government authorities, embassies, and service providers.
ENTRIA is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or delays of such third parties, including visa outcomes, administrative procedures, or external approvals.
In cases where ENTRIA is temporarily unable to directly fulfill specific operational requirements, we may collaborate with trusted partner companies to ensure continuity of service. Any such collaboration will take place only after prior notification and approval by the contracting party.
ENTRIA maintains strategic partnerships with third-party companies involved in specific parts of its operations, including but not limited to recruitment support, documentation processes, and relocation services. Where such partnerships are utilized, the involvement of third parties is always communicated in advance and subject to the approval of the contracting party.
ENTRIA’s services are not limited to workforce mobility from non-European countries, but also extend to cross-border employment and relocation within Europe, including placements involving candidates of both European and non-European origin.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENTRIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to the Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time, without prior notice. Where possible, we will notify users of significant changes through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
