How it Works
From the first match to the worker's arrival, ENTRIA manages a structured process that keeps both employers and candidates informed at every step. Below is how the journey unfolds on both sides.
BEFORE HIRING
What happens before the worker travels
We begin by understanding the employer's staffing needs and sourcing candidates from Nepal, India, and partner countries. Once a match is confirmed, we prepare all required documentation and submit the application to the relevant government authorities. Upon approval, the process is assigned to the embassy or consulate in the candidate's home country.
DURING THE PROCESS
What happens at the embassy and visa stage
The candidate submits the required documents — health certificate, criminal record, and biometric data — at the embassy or consulate. We coordinate every step remotely and ensure nothing is missed. Once everything is reviewed and approved, the work visa is issued and the candidate is cleared for travel.
AFTER ARRIVAL
What happens when the worker lands
When the candidate arrives, the ENTRIA team is physically present to welcome them. We immediately handle the paperwork required for residence and work permits, assist with the transition to their accommodation, and coordinate the handover to the employer. We remain available throughout the adjustment period for legal, administrative, and everyday support.
